Privacy Policy

Game saves and accounts

WAR Maxxing saves your career, upgrades, achievements, retired careers, and Daily attempts on its servers. Guest save cookies connect this browser to those records. Optional Google sign-in connects saves to an account using a Google account identifier and display name. WAR Maxxing does not receive your Google password.

What other players can see

Your chosen Daily leaderboard name and completed result are public. A result link you choose to share contains the player name, game statistics, and build details shown in that snapshot. Avoid including personal information in player or leaderboard names. Your account session and full career save are not published on the leaderboard.

Cookies and browser storage

First-party cookies keep you signed in and identify guest saves. Guest save cookies can last up to one year; signing out or clearing cookies can affect access to browser-linked progress. Local and session storage hold preferences such as sound, playback, and pack animations, as well as referral and return-visit measurement markers.

Analytics, advertising, and service providers

WAR Maxxing uses Google Analytics to measure visits and gameplay events such as career starts, completed runs, pack choices, and shares. Google AdSense is enabled and may display advertisements. Google may use cookies and collect browser, device, network, and activity information when its services load. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites. You can manage Google advertising preferences through My Ad Center and use your browser’s cookie controls.

The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, which process requests and store game data needed to run the service. Technical logs help diagnose failures.

Posting final Career WAR is optional and does not require Google sign-in. Posted player names, avatars, clubs, season counts and WAR are public and remain on the leaderboard when a new career begins or browser cookies expire.

Retention and your choices

Game and account records are retained to support resuming play, retired-career history, and leaderboards. Guest career access expires after one year without a saved action. Cookie expiry or clearing browser data does not automatically delete every server record.

For questions or help accessing or removing account-linked information, email warmaxxing@outlook.com. Identify the relevant player or account without sending passwords or sign-in tokens. Third-party data controls are managed by the relevant provider.
